We are seeking a responsible and experienced Babysitter to join our family in Washington, USA. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for providing attentive and nurturing care to our children while maintaining a safe and fun environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for the children
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for the children
- Organize educational activities and playtime to promote development
- Assist with homework and school projects
- Transport children to and from school, activities, and appointments if needed
- Administer medication or first aid when necessary
- Collaborate with parents to ensure consistency in childcare methods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of children's rooms and play areas

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Babysitter or similar role
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
