Senior Computer Systems Analyst

As a Senior Computer Systems Analyst in our Atlanta office, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing computer systems to meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with our team of IT professionals to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance system functionality and efficiency. Your expertise in software development, database management, and system integration will be essential in creating innovative solutions that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze organizational needs and identify opportunities for system improvements
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions to meet business requirements
- Evaluate existing systems for functionality and compatibility with new technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new systems
- Conduct regular testing and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in software development or systems analysis
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server or Oracle
- Strong understanding of system integration techniques and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical team members

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies such as AWS or Azure
