IT Manager



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to join our growing team in Atlanta. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and processes. Your role will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining IT strategies to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement overall IT strategy in alignment with company goals
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure their technology needs are met
- Develop and manage the IT budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, database management
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team
- Proven track record of successfully implementing new technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1800 per month
