Network and Systems Administrator
The Network and Systems Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation, maintenance, and security of our company's network and systems in Atlanta. This role requires strong technical skills, including experience with network administration, server administration, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills, as they will be working closely with other IT professionals and non-technical staff.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Conduct regular backups to ensure data recovery
- Monitor system security and implement necessary updates or patches
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical issues
- Train non-technical staff on basic network procedures and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in network administration or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), server administration (Windows/Linux), and security standards
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Professional certification (CCNA/CCNP) is a plus

Salary: $1200 per month (part-time)
