Computer Support Specialist


We are currently hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Atlanta. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and remote desktop tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Install and configure software applications and operating systems
- Set up new computers and devices for clients
- Perform routine maintenance on computers, including updates and virus scans
- Document all client interactions and solutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and basic networking concepts
- Customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience
- Experience with Mac OS X operating system
- Experience with remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer or LogMeIn
