Teamlead - Customer Service Manager
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives in our Atlanta office. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support from our team. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as you will be responsible for training and mentoring new team members, managing schedules and performance metrics, and handling any escalated customer issues.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
- Ensure that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner
- Train and mentor new team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Handle any escalated customer issues and provide resolution
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Create and maintain training materials for ongoing development of the team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree preferred
