Junior Database Administrator


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Junior Database Administrator in Atlanta. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance, integrity, and security of our company's databases. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain database software
- Monitor database performance and optimize as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner
- Ensure data security and backup strategies are in place
- Collaborate with other teams to design and implement new databases or changes to existing ones
- Perform database maintenance tasks such as data migrations, upgrades, and patches
- Document database processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of database management systems (DBMS)
- Familiarity with SQL language and programming languages such as Java or Python
- Knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, and integrity principles
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other teams
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
