Our publishing company in Atlanta is seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month and visa sponsorship available for non-US citizens. We welcome students who are looking for on-the-job training and experience.

As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images for printed materials such as books, magazines, and brochures. Your attention to detail and knowledge of typography will ensure that our publications are visually appealing and easy to read.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with editors, designers, and printers to produce high-quality publications
- Use desktop publishing software to format and arrange text, graphics, and images
- Check for spelling, grammar, and layout errors
- Ensure consistency in font styles, sizes, and spacing throughout the publication
- Make adjustments to layout as needed based on feedback from team members or clients
- Meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy in work

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role
- Proficient in desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Knowledge of typography principles and design elements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience working with different types of printing processes
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS coding
