Responsibilities:

- Monitor and moderate discussions and interactions within the online community to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Engage with members by responding to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Create and curate relevant and engaging content for the community
- Encourage positive interactions between members through hosting events, contests, and discussions
- Identify potential issues or conflicts within the community and take appropriate actions to resolve them
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for growing and improving the community

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 1 year experience moderating an online community or managing social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features
- Knowledge of online community management best practices
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Passion for building communities and connecting with others
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, USA
