Finisher Specialist



We are a dynamic and growing company in the field of finishing services, based in Atlanta. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finisher Specialist to join our team.

As a Finisher Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch finishing services for our clients' projects. This includes applying various finishes such as paint, stain, varnish, or lacquer to surfaces to achieve the desired look and protection. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of the finished product meets our high standards.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience as a finisher, with a strong understanding of different finishes and their application techniques. You should also have excellent attention to detail and be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Apply finishes to surfaces using various techniques such as spraying, brushing or rolling
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling cracks or holes, and applying primer if needed
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety measures are taken during application of finishes
- Inspect finished products for any imperfections and make necessary touch-ups
- Keep track of inventory and maintain supplies needed for finishing services

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a finisher in a similar role
- Proficient with different finishing techniques such as spraying, brushing or rolling
- Knowledge of various types of finishes including paint, stain, varnish, or lacquer
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify imperfections in finished products
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
