Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and organize dismantling projects according to client specifications
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and cutting tools
- Inspect equipment and structures to determine the most efficient dismantling methods
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Train new employees on proper dismantling techniques and safety procedures

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Dismantler or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of dismantling processes and techniques for various types of equipment and structures
- Physical strength to operate heavy machinery and lift heavy objects
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
