As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation and maintenance of solar panels on residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of solar panels on rooftops, ground mounts, and other structures
- Perform routine maintenance on existing solar systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar equipment
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installations and maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Ability to work part-time, including weekends if needed
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools
- Basic understanding of electrical systems
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations

Salary: $1200 per month (based on 20 hours per week)
