Job Title: Architectural Technologist - Atlanta, USA



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Atlanta, USA. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and creating technical drawings and plans for construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all designs meet building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects using AutoCAD or other software
- Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop design concepts and ensure all designs meet building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Research building materials, products, and construction techniques to incorporate into designs
- Prepare project documentation including specifications, reports, and cost estimates
- Collaborate with contractors during the construction phase to answer any technical questions or make necessary adjustments to designs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology related to architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software for creating technical drawings
- Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects is preferred
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
