Commercial Architect



As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in the city of Atlanta. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to all building codes and regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and vision for the project
- Develop preliminary designs and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed construction plans and blueprints using CAD software
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet all safety requirements
- Monitor construction progress to ensure it aligns with the design plans
- Make any necessary adjustments or revisions to the design as needed
