Commercial Architect



As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Develop design concepts, plans, and specifications for commercial buildings
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review construction plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans
- Manage project budget and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

This is a full-time position based in Atlanta. Salary is $1100 per month. Experience is required. Accommodation can be provided if needed. We welcome freshers who possess the necessary qualifications and skills.
