Contract Architecture Manager
Location: Atlanta, USA


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Atlanta. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. This role requires excellent project management skills, as well as strong technical knowledge and experience in the field of architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple architectural projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Review and approve designs, plans, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and interns
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Compensation:
The salary for this position is $1300 per week. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
