The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong understanding of elementary education principles. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring the academic growth of your students.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and provide individualized support as needed
- Communicate with parents regularly to discuss student progress and address any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a well-rounded learning experience for students
- Utilize technology and other resources to enhance lessons and engage students

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching elementary school students
- Valid teaching certification/license in the state of Georgia (or ability to obtain one)
- Strong understanding of elementary education principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
