Experienced Florist



We are seeking an experienced Florist to join our team in Atlanta. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and managing the overall floral department. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and create unique designs that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, birthdays, etc.
- Order and maintain inventory of fresh flowers and supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to clients' needs and offering creative solutions
- Manage the overall operations of the floral department including scheduling, budgeting, and sales tracking
- Train and supervise junior florists and assistants
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a florist
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Excellent design skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Preferred:
- Certification or degree in Floral Design or related field
- Experience working in a high-volume flower shop or event planning company
- Knowledge of different cultural traditions related to floral design

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Atlanta (visa sponsorship available)
