Floral Designer


We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Floral Designer to join our team in Atlanta. As a Floral Designer, you will use your artistic skills to create beautiful arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and then use your knowledge of different flowers and plants to bring their ideas to life.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, funerals, events, and everyday occasions
- Select the appropriate flowers, greenery, and other materials based on color scheme, seasonality, and budget
- Arrange flowers in a visually appealing way using various techniques such as wiring, taping, and gluing
- Maintain inventory of flowers, supplies, tools, and equipment
- Ensure all designs are completed within the given timeframe and meet high quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, colors, and design techniques
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand clients' needs and provide recommendations accordingly
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as needed
- A portfolio showcasing previous designs is preferred but not required

Salary:
$1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
