As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations of our upscale restaurant in Atlanta, ensuring the highest quality of food and service is provided to our guests. You will lead and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff, while also collaborating with management to develop new menu items and concepts. Your creativity, leadership skills, and culinary expertise will be essential in maintaining our restaurant's reputation as a top dining destination.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, inventory control, and sanitation.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety standards, and plating presentation.
- Collaborate with management to develop new menus that are innovative and align with current trends.
- Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen are of the highest quality and meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all health code regulations.
- Manage food costs by monitoring portion sizes and minimizing waste.
- Create schedules for kitchen staff to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu items.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Creativity in developing new menu items while also maintaining classic favorites.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train staff and collaborate with management.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $1400/month (based on experience)

This is a full-time position without accommodation. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
