We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Atlanta! This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1600 per month.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record in sales. Previous experience in the industry is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates of all backgrounds, genders, and nationalities to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and coaching
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure repeat business
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets (experience in the industry is preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
