Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a customer service-oriented and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Atlanta. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Prepare drinks and deliver them to tables
- Ensure all orders are served promptly and accurately
- Check on guests' satisfaction throughout their meal
- Handle any complaints or concerns professionally
- Process payments and issue receipts
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and work stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Upsell menu items when appropriate

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attentive to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid work visa for the United States (sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate)
