Requirements:
- No prior experience in gardening required
- Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Ability to take direction and work well in a team environment
- Motivated and able to work efficiently without constant supervision

Responsibilities:
- Assist with planting, weeding, pruning, and other general garden maintenance tasks
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of garden tools and equipment
- Learn about different plant species and their care requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their specific gardening needs
- Follow all safety protocols while working on job sites
