Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through various channels, including corporate clients, tour companies, and travel agencies. You will develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position in Atlanta that offers a salary of 1600$.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, tour companies, and travel agencies
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to create promotional packages and special offers
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience using CRM software
