IT Manager - Las Vegas, USA


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Las Vegas, USA. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's information technology systems
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networking systems
- Manage and monitor all IT operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
- Identify areas for improvement in the company's technology infrastructure and propose solutions
- Ensure data security and privacy measures are in place to protect sensitive information
- Manage IT budget and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide support when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and system security
- Experience with cloud computing services such as AWS or Azure
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to find solutions

Salary: $1100 per month without accommodation.

Location: This position is based in Las Vegas. Relocation assistance may be provided if necessary.
