Job Title: Network and Systems Administrator - Las Vegas, USA


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Las Vegas, USA. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining and optimizing all aspects of our network and computer systems to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. Your duties will include troubleshooting network and system issues, implementing security protocols, monitoring network performance, and providing technical support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as several years of experience in network administration. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa to work in the USA. All nationalities are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and maintain all network hardware and software components
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Implement security protocols to ensure the safety of our network
- Provide technical support to end-users for any network or system related problems
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure data integrity
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies in order to improve our network infrastructure
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain an efficient and secure network environment
- Ensure maximum uptime for all systems through proactive maintenance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Knowledge of security protocols such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
