Junior Back-End Developer


We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Back-End Developer to join our growing team in Las Vegas. As a Junior Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of our web applications, providing support for front-end developers, and helping to improve overall user experience. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and grow their skills as a back-end developer.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, or PHP
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between the front-end and back-end systems
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing code
- Work with cross-functional teams to continuously improve user experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or PHP
- Familiarity with web development frameworks like Django or Laravel
- Proficiency in database management systems such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
Although not required, the following qualifications would be considered an asset:
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git
- Understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jinja or Blade
- Experience working with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Google Cloud
