Data Analytics Specialist

The Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends. This role requires a highly analytical individual with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in data manipulation and statistical analysis, as well as the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources
- Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns and trends
- Develop data models and algorithms for predictive analytics
- Create visualizations and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide actionable insights
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new analytics tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages used for data manipulation
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Knowledge of statistics and data mining techniques such as regression analysis and clustering
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner

Location: Las Vegas (Candidate preference)
Salary: $1400 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Employment type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
