Interpreter for Urgent Assignments in Las Vegas, USA


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced interpreter to join our team for urgent assignments in Las Vegas. As an interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between individuals who speak different languages. This is a fast-paced and demanding role, requiring excellent language proficiency, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate interpretation services for clients in various settings such as business meetings, conferences, legal proceedings, medical appointments, and more
- Ensure effective communication by accurately conveying the meaning and tone of the original message
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times
- Research and familiarize yourself with specific terminology related to each assignment
- Adhere to professional standards of conduct and ethics
- Manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines for urgent assignments

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and at least one other language (preferably Spanish)
- Proven experience as an interpreter in various settings
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of cultural differences and ability to adapt accordingly
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong memory retention skills
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Las Vegas, USA. However, due to the urgent nature of assignments, there may be occasional travel required within the city or nearby areas.
