Residential Painter


A residential painter is responsible for transforming the interior and exterior of homes through the application of paint, stains, and other finishes. They must have excellent attention to detail, strong color vision, and the ability to work with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in residential painting and be familiar with a variety of painting techniques. This position is based in Las Vegas and requires a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and sanding surfaces
- Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix paints to achieve desired colors and textures according to customer preferences
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter and clean up after job completion
- Work with clients to determine their color preferences and make recommendations based on current trends
- Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a residential painter
- Strong knowledge of different types of paint and their application methods
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work with precision
- Good color vision to accurately match colors and create desired effects
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Las Vegas (accommodation provided)
