Part-Time Architectural Technologist in Las Vegas


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis in Las Vegas. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for building projects. This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible working hours and the ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are accurate and feasible
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for drawings
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions
- Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and project timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Las Vegas. However, remote work options may be available.
