Junior Architectural Technologist in Las Vegas (Student position)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Las Vegas. As a student, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards your degree in architecture. You will work closely with our experienced team of architects and designers on various projects, learning the ins and outs of the profession and gaining practical skills that will enhance your education.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with drafting and creating detailed drawings for architectural projects
- Conduct research and analysis on building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Collaborate with team members to develop design concepts and solutions
- Attend site visits and meetings to gain practical knowledge of project implementation
- Utilize software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to produce accurate drawings

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited architecture program or related field
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in an architectural firm
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with accommodation. This is a full-time student position for the duration of your studies.
