Commercial Architect (Part-Time)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As a part-time member of our team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for commercial projects. You must have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires previous experience in the field of commercial architecture and proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and practical design solutions for commercial projects
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to assess potential projects and gather necessary information
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using design software
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations throughout the design process
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other relevant design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have own transportation
