Commercial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget constraints, and design preferences
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure adherence to building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure the design is implemented correctly
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Make adjustments to designs as necessary based on client feedback or budget constraints
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

This is a part-time position that offers a salary of $1200 per month. The working hours are flexible but may require occasional evenings or weekends depending on project deadlines. This position does not include accommodation.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about commercial architecture and has a strong portfolio showcasing their previous work. Preference will be given to male candidates who are able to work independently while also collaborating with our team.
