Senior Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design and planning of various projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their requirements while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptual design phase of projects, including developing design proposals and creating architectural drawings
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and provide recommendations for improvements
- Review building codes, zoning ordinances, and other regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in all aspects of the design process
- Prepare detailed construction documents, including specifications and technical drawings
- Oversee construction administration activities to ensure that designs are accurately implemented on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect in a professional setting
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software programs
- Strong understanding of building materials and construction techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and collaborate with team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
