A machine operator is responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a production or manufacturing setting. This includes setting up, adjusting, and monitoring machines to ensure they are running efficiently and producing quality products. Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of machinery such as lathes, drills, grinders, or presses
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running smoothly and making necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make any necessary adjustments to the machine
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
- Communicate with team members to ensure production goals are met

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in machine operation preferred
- Prior experience operating machinery in a production or manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of various types of machinery and their functions
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Working Conditions:
The machine operator will primarily work in a production or manufacturing setting. They may be exposed to loud noises, dust, and fumes from the machines. The job may require standing for long periods of time as well as lifting heavy objects.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month with accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa that allows them to work in the USA.
