Temporary Restaurant Manager in Las Vegas

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Temporary Restaurant Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As a temporary employee, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, from overseeing staff to ensuring high-quality service and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as previous experience in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules and ensuring efficient service.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when necessary.
- Ensure food safety standards are met and maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving restaurant performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control is preferred.

Compensation:
This is a temporary position with a salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation will be provided during the duration of employment. Visa sponsorship may also be available for international candidates.
