Restaurant Manager

Our restaurant in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial management. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Train and manage restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Create schedules and assign duties to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee customer service to ensure guests are satisfied with their dining experience
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop menus and specials that reflect our brand and appeal to our target audience

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests
- Strong understanding of financial management principles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per week for this position.

Location:
Our restaurant is located in Las Vegas.
