Sales Associate - Las Vegas



As a Sales Associate in our Las Vegas location, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our products. This is a contract position with a starting salary of $1500 per month, with the opportunity for commission and bonuses based on performance. Previous sales experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training and support. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Educate customers on product features and benefits
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by management
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Continuously learn about new products and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred:
- Previous retail or sales experience is an asset but not required
- Knowledge of the local market in Las Vegas
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is a plus
