Job Title: Contract Instrument Technician - Las Vegas



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Las Vegas on a contract basis. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing various types of instruments and control systems used in industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine maintenance on instrumentation and control systems
- Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation issues
- Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer specifications
- Install, test and commission new instrumentation equipment
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Monitor inventory levels and order replacement parts when necessary
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training in instrumentation preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of various types of instruments and control systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Experience with calibration procedures and equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
