We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team in Las Vegas on a contract basis. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding various metal components according to specifications and ensuring the quality of the final product. This position offers a salary of $1800 per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding process specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and arc welders
- Weld components in flat, vertical or overhead positions
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality standards
- Conduct repairs or modifications as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc)
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Certification in welding from a recognized institution or trade school
- Previous experience working on construction sites
- Experience with stainless steel and aluminum welding
