Part-Time Office Assistant in Las Vegas
We are seeking a responsible and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Las Vegas. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Manage and organize office supplies and equipment
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them or take messages
- Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Update databases and input data into various systems
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, computers, and scanners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Biometric passport is required for security purposes
Salary: $900 per month based on experience.
