Job Title: Land Surveyor



We are hiring a Land Surveyor to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, create maps and legal descriptions, and provide data for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using various tools and techniques such as GPS, total station, and levels.
- Analyze survey data and create 2D and 3D maps using CAD software.
- Prepare legal descriptions of land for property deeds and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results.
- Conduct research on existing land records and historical data to accurately determine property boundaries.
- Take measurements of existing structures, topography, and other features to inform construction projects.
- Keep accurate records of survey data, including field notes, sketches, and reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role.
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software for map creation.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
