We are a well-established landscaping company in Las Vegas seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients' properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, weeding, and edging lawns
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design plans
- Prune and trim trees and bushes to maintain their shape and health
- Monitor and control pests, diseases, and weeds in gardens
- Install and maintain irrigation systems for plants
- Keep garden tools and equipment clean and organized
- Maintain the cleanliness of gardens by removing debris and litter

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of different plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees commonly found in Las Vegas
- Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects
- Good time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
