Temporary Concierge in Las Vegas
We are seeking a Temporary Concierge to join our team in Las Vegas. This role will provide exceptional customer service to our guests and assist with various tasks related to their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions
- Arrange transportation and make reservations for guests as needed
- Handle any guest inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
This is a temporary position with a salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation will be provided during the duration of the contract. Visa sponsorship may also be available for qualified candidates.
