We are currently hiring a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing complex machine learning algorithms and models. Your main goal will be to enable our company to make data-driven decisions and improve our overall performance.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to build scalable solutions
- Identify, collect, and preprocess relevant data for training machine learning models
- Perform exploratory data analysis to gain insights into the data and identify potential issues or biases
- Develop tools and frameworks for automating model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in machine learning and apply them to improve our processes and products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist in a fast-paced environment
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java with experience in libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for building scalable solutions
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts such as regression analysis, time series forecasting, clustering etc.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
