Housekeeping Attendant

The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the designated areas of the property. This includes dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or residential setting. They should also be able to communicate effectively in English and have a biometric passport for easy travel. This position is open to Indian nationals with a preference for female applicants. Accommodation will be provided as part of the salary package.

The Housekeeping Attendant's duties include but are not limited to:

- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Replenishing supplies such as towels, linens, and toiletries
- Dusting and polishing furniture
- Vacuuming carpets and mopping floors
- Disinfecting high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs and light switches
- Emptying trash bins and replacing liners
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor
- Assisting with laundry service when needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Biometric passport for ease of travel
- Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

This is a full-time position based in Hawalli with a salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation will be provided on-site, including meals. The working hours are flexible but may require occasional weekend shifts depending on hotel occupancy.
