QA Engineer (Los Angeles)


As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report any bugs or issues, as well as create and execute test plans and scripts to ensure the overall quality of our products. This is a full-time position located in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers to understand product requirements and design test plans
- Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure product quality
- Create detailed bug reports and work with developers to resolve issues
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures
- Communicate test results, progress, and any potential roadblocks to project managers
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices for software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with manual testing as well as automated testing tools such as Selenium or Appium
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
