Technical Support Specialist
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers in Washington. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide guidance and advice on product usage, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. You will also document customer inquiries and resolutions, maintain knowledge of company products and services, and contribute to the improvement of support processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Proficiency in computer systems and networking
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary: $1300 per month
Location: Washington (preference for US nationals or those with valid work visas)
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
