Sales Associate


We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Associate to join our team in Washington. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers, maintaining excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products to customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Ensure proper merchandising and display of products in store
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals
- Continuously develop product knowledge to better assist customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in retail sales is an asset but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
